About me

I am currently an MRI Research Engineer at the Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health, Cleveland Clinic. My work primarily focuses on multivariate time frequency, machine learning and statistical analysis of resting state and task fMRI under the supervision of Dr. Dietmar Cordes. I also hold a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Cleveland State University where I developed a machine learning classification algorithm for active Crohn’s disease diagnosis on CT images using radiomics working alongside Dr. Satish Viswanath. I also have experience applying discrete wavelet transforms to derive functional connectivity and phase synchronization from EEG under the supervision of Dr. Geethanjali during my undergrad. Aside from work, I wander out with my camera and devour an insane amount of nerdy tech videos.

Research interests

I'm interested in understanding and designing efficient numerical models in areas of machine learning, deep learning and signal processing with application in the field of medical imaging and bioinformatics. I'm also deeply inspired by the fields of numerical optimization, multivariate analysis and in the theoretical formulations of neural networks.
